Carmen Lane

Carmen Lane is a highly in-demand Master Hair Stylist who has been dedicated to her craft and clients for 30 years. As an expert colorist, she has spent most of her career working with industry-standard hair foils when applying coloring techniques such as highlights, lowlights, balayage, root touch-ups, and creative coloring.

While industry-standard hair foils are theoretically designed to allow for precise color placement, to prevent color bleeding, and to ensure controlled and even color processing, Carmen found that, in practice, this often was not the case. With over 90% of her client bookings focused on color applications, and after many years of struggling with salon foils prone to tearing, slipping, and even pulling clients' hair, Carmen decided to apply her 30 years of coloring experience and expertise to create her own foils.

Carmen currently works as a Level 6 Master Hair Stylist and a Mentor to Junior Stylists at Savannah, Georgia's most prestigious hair salon, 40 Volume Salon & Spa.
